H Pay Rent is a convenient payment platform to pay/recieve rentals /advances /Society Fees using credit cards, debit cards, wallets and net banking. Tenants can make rent payments with credit card to ease out cash-flow issues during time of cash crunch. Landlords can request rent payments, send reminders to tenants for payments requests. Societies can register and accept society maintenance payments from the apartment owners/tenants.

At H Pay Rent, accessible from, one of our main priorities is the privacy and security of our visitors, therefore when you pay on our website, we ensure your confidential information is secure and encrypted. We do not store any of your financial information.

H Pay Rent allows you to pay rent using a wide range of payment options like Credit Cards, E-Wallets, UPI, Paylater etc. By using your credit card on H Pay Rent, you will earn cashback or reward points or miles on every transaction as per your card's rewards scheme.

The fee is mentioned on the payment page and included in the total payment when you are about to make the payment. Pricing can be lower for certain H Pay Rent user accounts and may vary as per the signup date & account usage.

The first time you use H Pay Rent you will need to enter basic details such as your name, email, mobile, address, landlord’s contact, account details, monthly rent amount and month of payment. These details are required only for the first time users, thereafter, you can make payments by just choosing your preferred mode of payment.

When you submit your landlord’s bank details on H Pay Rent and make your payment, we verify these details and transfer the rent amount directly to your landlord’s bank account. Please note that transfer may take up to 2 working days to reflect in your landlord’s bank account.

We verify every payment and put the transaction on hold if it does not look like a genuine rental transfer from tenant to landlord. In such cases, you need to upload your valid rental agreement to proceed with the transaction.

Your rent payment will reflect in your landlord’s bank account from H Pay Rent with description - "August(Current Month) Rent Payment from Rajesh". The month will change based on when you make the payment and your name will be as per the details you provide us.

It may take up to 2 working days for the payment to reflect in your landlord’s bank account and statements. For regular customers the pyament will be made within 2 hours of the transaction on any bank working hours.

The cashback / rewards / miles are provided by your respective card issuing banks. H Pay Rent will provide reward points for every successful transaction for selected customers. These reward points can be redeemable for range of services provided by H Pay Rent. You can see the rewards in My Rewards page.

Your landlord does not need to be registered on H Pay Rent to receive your rent amount. We send a confirmation SMS/Email to both you and your landlord on successful rent payment when you enter the accurate contact and bank information of your landlord.

For every successful payment, rent receipt will be generated and automatically mailed to you. Also, you can download the rent receipts in My Transactions page.

Landlord PAN is required if rent is greater than ₹8333. We will ask rental agreement if the transaction is found to be not a genuine rent payment.

Yes. We generate rent receipts for all payments done on H Pay Rent. You can submit your rent receipts to claim HRA exemption on your income tax filing.
